Characteristics and Benefits:

It enhances adhesion and has excellent flexibility. It significantly improves the adhesion of the coating to difficult-to-adhere metals, enhances the water resistance, water resistance and salt spray resistance of the coating film. It also has good compatibility with other resins.

Application fields:

Used in amino varnishing and closed polyurethane primers, it has a good adhesion-promoting effect on cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, electroplated substrates, and some plastic substrates such as PBT, nylon, etc. It can also enhance the solvent resistance of some substances such as ketones and benzene, for cleaning with rubbing, used in water-based amino varnishes, high-end industrial coatings, heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, canning coatings and sheet coatings, etc.

Usage :

For the basic resin, start with a 1-3% dosage for a small-scale test. The maximum addition can be up to 15% of the total amount. After testing, determine the dosage.

Packaging:

25/200KG per barrel, in iron drums.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place indoors at a temperature range of 2 - 35 ℃. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources.
