Features and Advantages:

RT-3100 is an external anti-static agent that provides rapid onset and long-lasting anti-static effects. It migrates rapidly and provides sustained antistatic performance. It delivers excellent antistatic performance even in low-humidity environments. Suitable for use in textiles, fibres and various polymers. Soluble in water, acetone, alcohol and other low-molecular-weight polar solvents. It is free from pungent odours or other unpleasant smells and possesses good heat resistance. It effectively improves the antistatic properties of products.

Application fields:

1. Elimination of static electricity from the surfaces of products such as films, fibres, paper, boards, sheets and tubes.

2. Suitable for use on products made from PP, PE, PS, EPS, EPE, PVC and PET, as well as rubber, silicone and polyurethane. It is also suitable for anti-static surface treatment of various fabric products, carpets and fibres.

Usage and dosage:

To use, dilute with water or an alcohol-based solvent in a ratio of 1:20 to form an antistatic solution. Then apply or spray onto the surface of the product; prolonged immersion yields better results. Dry

at 40–50 °C or allow to air dry naturally to achieve a good antistatic effect that will persist for a considerable period under normal conditions.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place in its unopened packaging; it will keep for one year. Once opened, please use within three months. Avoid direct sunlight; to extend its shelf life, do not store at temperatures above 40°C. If the storage period has expired, please carry out a performance test before use.
