Features and Advantages:

RT-3102 is an internal anti-static additive that provides permanent anti-static and ESD protection. It does not affect the colour of the finished product, requires only a low dosage—thereby effectively reducing costs—has minimal impact on product performance, and is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and harmless.

Application fields:

Used for products made from polar rubber types such as nitrile and neoprene; typical applications include shoe soles, conveyor belts, rubber rollers and rubber pads.

Recommended dosage:

3.5%：100MΩ

5.0%：≤35MΩ

Packing:

30KG iron drum.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place whilst unopened; the product will keep for one year. Once opened, please use within three months. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture; to extend the product’s shelf life, do

not store at temperatures above 40°C. If the storage period has expired, the product may still be used following testing.
