RD-9490 is an aqueous solution of a weakly anionic copolymer containing high levels of pigment-affinity groups. It disperses carbon black, organic pigments and inorganic pigments in water-based systems, offering good tinting strength, a satisfactory viscosity-reducing effect, good storage stability, and good resistance to water and salt spray.

Recommended addition levels:

The recommended addition levels for the above applications are 5.0–30.0% for inorganic pigments, 20–70% for organic pigments, 40–100% for carbon black, and 0.5–2.0% for co-ground pigments;

Use:

Add to the grinding material before dispersion.

Packaging:

25 kg/drum; 200 kg/drum.

Storage:

Keep away from high temperatures and sources of ignition; store in a cool, well-ventilated place; seal tightly after use; shelf life: 24 months.
