RK-8325 is a highly active, specialised organosilicon surfactant. This product possesses low surface tension, excellent wetting and spreading properties, penetrating ability and emulsifying and dispersing properties, making it a new type of highly effective pesticide adjuvant. It dissolves or disperses quickly and easily in water.

Application fields:

This product can be used as a spray modifier, foliar penetration and absorption enhancer, spreader and other applications, and is widely used in herbicides, foliar fertilisers, growth regulators, insecticides and fungicides. It does not degrade the active ingredient, significantly reduces the surface tension of the solution, decreases the contact angle between droplets and the leaf surface, and enhances the wetting, penetration, adhesion and spread of the spray on plant leaves or the bodies of pests. It thus markedly improves efficacy, reduces the volume of spray required,

decreases the frequency of spraying, conserves water, minimises pesticide pollution and promotes environmental protection.

Usage and dosage:

This product has similar performance characteristics to the imported products GE Silwet L-77, Silwet L-408 and Jiexiaoli from overseas companies, and can be used as a substitute; it offers better wetting performance than Sirun. It may be added directly to pesticide formulation recipes or used as a tank-mix adjuvant for on-the-spot mixing. When used for on-the-spot mixing, the dosage ranges from 0.02 to 0.04 per cent (i.e. 3 to 6 grams of RK-8325 added to a 15-kilogram sprayer). In pesticide formulation recipes, the dosage ranges from 0.5 to 5 per cent.

25KG or 200KG iron drum.

Storage:

Store in a sealed container at 5–30 °C. Avoid exposure to high temperatures and contact with acidic or alkaline substances during transport and storage. Shelf life: 4 years.

Precautions:

As silicone surfactants have extremely low surface tension, care should be taken to protect the eyes when using RK-8325, and personal protective equipment should be worn when spraying the product.
