Features and Advantages:

This anti-static agent is an internal additive of the non-migratory type that provides sustained anti-static performance. It maintains excellent anti-static properties even in low-humidity environments. The product contains charged groups of various structures, ensuring stable electrical conductivity. Its unique structure provides and protects a specific volume and chain length. It does not affect the product’s transparency, viscosity, hardness or flow properties. It effectively reduces spatter and splatter during high-speed printing and coating processes. It prevents agglomeration of pigments and fillers in the system caused by settling. It has good compatibility with resins and does not affect viscosity or cause catalyst poisoning. It complies with ROHS, REACH, PANS and FDA standards.

It provides electrostatic protection for surface-coated products. Suitable for inks, coatings and adhesives.

Application fields:

Adhesives, inks and coatings made from acrylic, amino, epoxy and phenolic resins, amongst others, can also be used in sandblasting media products.

Process Electrostatic Charges:.0.3-0.5%

Electrostatic Properties:1.5-3.0%

Packing:

25KG or 200KG iron drum.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place in its unopened packaging; it will keep for one year. Once opened, please use within three months. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture; to extend its shelf life, do not store at temperatures above 40°C. If the storage period has elapsed, please carry out a performance test before use.
