Features and Advantages:

RT-3808 is an internal anti-static agent that significantly reduces the surface resistance of unsaturated resin products. It retains its anti-static properties even in environments with extremely low humidity and meets the resistance requirements for products used in the electronics industry and in underground coal mines. It integrates into the three-dimensional network structure of the polymer within the product, does not migrate, and provides permanent anti-static protection. This product may have a slight effect on initiators and gel times; please conduct a small-scale test to verify this beforehand.

Application fields:

Electrostatic protection for fibreglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) products such as epoxy and polyester; equipment for use in coal mines; protection for electronic and electrical equipment; environmental protection equipment; chemical pipelines; containers; inks; and coatings. Products manufactured using hand-lay-up, spray-up, compression moulding, pultrusion and filament winding processes.

Recommended dosage:

 Addition rate: 0.5–6.0 per cent; surface resistance: 10⁶–8 Ω

Packing:

30KG iron drum.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place in its unopened packaging; it will keep for at least one year. Once opened, please use within three months. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture. To extend its shelf life, do not store in an environment where the temperature exceeds 40°C or the humidity exceeds 40 per cent.
