Usage and dosage:

In different systems, the amount of wax powder added generally ranges from 0.5 to 2 per cent. It can be pre-dispersed using water or alcohol-ether solvents to prepare a wax dispersion in the form of a 20–30 per cent wax slurry, which is then added to the system as required; this reduces the time taken to disperse the wax powder.
