4. Low energy consumption: When used in cathodic electrocoating systems, it requires a lower baking and curing temperature than DBTO and powdered bismuth.

Usage and dosage:

Mix this product with the acid in the required ratio beforehand, then incorporate it into the aqueous emulsion formulation at a concentration of approximately 1 per cent (depending on the product’s activity and formulation). Be sure to carry out stability and durability tests prior to incorporation. Note: Before mixing this product with a neutralising acid (lactic acid, glacial acetic acid), add an appropriate amount of water to the acid first to enhance mutual solubility; otherwise, there is a risk of cloudiness or precipitation. After use, seal the container tightly to prevent moisture evaporation and store in a cool place.
