Performance and use:

RS-2547 is a water-dispersed PU curing agent for aliphatic polyisocyanate, which has good water dispersion and high cross-linking density of functional groups. Used for waterborne adhesive, waterborne printing adhesive, waterborne leather treatment agent, to improve bonding fastness, water resistance, heat resistance; It can also be used with water-based resin for all kinds of two-component water-based coatings, which can significantly improve the flexibility, adhesion, scrub resistance, friction resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and weather resistance of the coating. RS-2547 can be diluted with PMA into products with a solid content of 80%. In general, this product has good compatibility with organic solvents such as esters, ether esters, xylene and solvent naphtha 100. However, for each solvent, its solubility and compatibility should be tested. Use polyurethane grade solvent, water content should not exceed 0.05%. RS-2547 is hydrophilic, so it is easy to emulsify in the water phase, and is mainly used as a crosslinking agent of water-based hydroxyl polyol base material. RS-2547 can also be added to traditional hydroxy-free dispersions to improve its performance in all aspects.

Save:

The product should be stored in a closed container to avoid freezing and high temperature. It is recommended that the normal storage temperature be 10 ~ 35℃.
