Product Specifications：

Application fields:

Water-based container coatings, rail transport coatings, water-based construction machinery coatings, water-based zinc-rich epoxy primers, water-based inks/pigment pastes, water-based wood coatings, water-based steel structure coatings, water-based adhesives, water treatment, etc.

Recommended dosage:

The typical dosage is 0.1–1.0 per cent of the total formulation weight; this can be adjusted depending on the required degree of suspension, rheological properties or viscosity.

Usage:

It is recommended that this product be used as a pre-set slurry. DE01 can be easily and quickly prepared as a pourable pre-set slurry with a concentration of up to 14 per cent.

Preparation of DE01 pre-slurry:

1. Add 86 parts of water, switch on the high-speed mixer and set the shear rate to approximately 3,000 rpm.

2. Slowly add 14 parts of DE01, disperse for 5 minutes at a mixing speed of 3,000 rpm, and store the resulting pre-slurry in a sealed container.

Packing:

Net weight: 25 kg.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, well-ventilated place and keep the container tightly closed.

• Must be stored in a cool, dry environment; if DE01 is stored in conditions of high humidity, it will absorb moisture from the air.
