Surface Pre-treatment: Surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned of moisture, grease, and dust. For precision 3C components, Plasma Treatment is recommended to maximize the adhesion of the AF layer.
Strict Environmental Control: Direct skin contact with the substrate is strictly prohibited during the process; finger oils can cause significant film defects.
Precise Curing Process: The recommended baking condition is 170°C - 180°C for 30 minutes. This is crucial for the functional fluorosilane molecules to form a robust chemical cross-link with the resin matrix.
Storage Requirements: RS-5613 is sensitive to humidity. It must be stored in a cool, dry environment (below 20°C and under 55% humidity) in a sealed container.
