Features and Benefits:
As a functional coating in the field of optical coating, RS-5613 has strong oil resistance and wear resistance, which leads to excellent oil and water droplet repellency, water absorption prevention, and hardening effects. It is applied as a topcoat for matte wood surfaces. In recent years, due to the development of high-end matte materials, this coating has also been used to enhance the anti-fouling and wear resistance of matte materials, making them to some extent have anti-fingerprint effects.

1) Wet process, prepare RS-5613 anti-fingerprint liquid, ensure the appearance is intact, without damage and leakage
2) Uniformly spray on the surface of the Plasma-treated product. Reference conveyor belt transmission speed: 60-80cm/minute
Reference spraying moving speed: 1200-1350mm/second
Reference flow rate: 15ml/minute
3) Curing conditions:
Reference baking conveyor belt speed: 60-80cm/minute
Reference baking temperature: 170℃-180℃
Reference baking time: 30 minutes
4) Spray precautions:
Before spraying, remove water, oil, dust, etc. on the product surface. Incomplete surface cleanliness can affect the adhesion of AF. During the operation, do not directly touch the product with hands, as the grease on fingers will cause poor surface of the paint film. After opening the product, if not used completely, it should be sealed as soon as possible and placed in a cool and dry place. Remove the remaining anti-fingerprint liquid in the spray gun to avoid mixing with other models.
5) Operating Precautions
● Keep the container completely sealed when not in use
● Extinguish steam in a place with sufficient ventilation equipment. Do not inhale steam
● Do not contact acidic, alkaline or oxidizing substances
● Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Use safety glasses and gloves
● Do not swallow. Keep away from children
