Characteristics and advantages:

RD-9512 is a polyacid ester block polymer type dispersant. It is a universal dispersant suitable for both water-based and oil-based systems, especially for the dispersion of resins and inorganic pigments and fillers.

Has the following advantages:

l It has good wettability and can improve gloss and covering power.

l It has good dispersibility and color paste stability, which can significantly reduce the viscosity of powder systems such as inorganic pigments. Moreover, it has excellent storage stability in the later stage, is not prone to sedimentation, and the viscosity decreases without affecting the curing speed.

Suitable for water-based, oil-based, solvent-based, solvent-free and UV systems.

Usage and dosage:

The dosage of the dispersant largely depends on the particle size of the inorganic filler. Generally, 1%-5% of inorganic pigments are added, and 20%-40% of dispersed carbon black is added. The optimal dosage is recommended to be determined after system testing and evaluation.

25KG per drum, 200KG per drum

Storage:

Store in a dry and cool warehouse, away from direct sunlight and rain. Unopened, valid for 24 months.
