RD-9151

Characteristics and Advantages:

RD-9151 is a polymer-based dispersant. In UV and water-based systems, it exhibits excellent color dispersion performance and high gloss for high surface carbon black, organic pigments, and inorganic pigments. Even when the amount of pigment is increased, it still maintains a low viscosity, good fluidity, and storage stability. It has good alcohol stability in alcohol-water systems and excellent water and salt spray resistance in high-end water-based industrial paints.

Used in high-end water-based industrial paints, water-based plastic paints, wine bottle paints, alcohol-based inks, and UV inkjet printing, for grinding and dispersing carbon black, organic pigments and inorganic pigments;

Recommended dosage： 

The dosage of the dispersant (in grams) = [The specific surface area of the pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] × The weight of the pigment (in grams)

Usage:

First, dissolve RD-9151 in the mixture of the grinding base material, then add the pigment for grinding.

Packaging:

25KG per barrel.

Storage:

1. Keep away from high temperatures and fire sources; store in a well-ventilated and cool place;

2. Please seal after use; shelf life 24 months.
