Features and advantages:

RD-9633 is a polymer dispersant mainly used for grinding and dispersing inorganic and organic pigments (various fillers such as iron oxide, organic pigments, talc powder, etc.) in oily/aqueous systems. It has excellent wetting and anti flocculation effects on pigments, greatly reducing system viscosity and increasing powder addition. It also has outstanding anti floating and anti flowering effects.

l Grinding and dispersion of inorganic pigments (titanium dioxide, talc, calcium carbonate, iron oxide, etc.);

l Organic pigments (red and yellow) are ground and dispersed.

Recommended dosage calculation formula：

The dosage of dispersant (g)=[specific surface area of pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] x weight of pigment (g)

Usage:

Dissolve RD-9633 in the mixture of grinding base material first, and then add pigment for grinding or stirring.

Packaging:

Net weight 25Kg/drum, 200Kg/drum.

Storage:

Stay away from high temperatures and sources of fire; Place in a ventilated and cool place; Please seal after use; Shelf life is 36 months.

Note: Due to the high activity content of the product, turbidity may occur when the temperature is below 15 degrees, which is a characteristic of the product itself and does not affect its effectiveness.
