Features and advantages:

RP-6930 is a highly efficient defoamer for aqueous systems. It is extremely easy to disperse in water and convenient to use. It has a rapid defoaming effect within a wide pH range and temperature range, and is well compatible with various additives. It can quickly eliminate foam and has the function of preventing foam regeneration. It is widely applicable to fields such as adhesive manufacturing, printing pulp making, dyeing and bleaching, biological fermentation, water-based auxiliary processing, papermaking, pesticides, and washing.

Usage method

1. Directly add RP-6930 to the foaming system to ensure its uniform dispersion.

2. For systems with a higher foaming temperature (>60℃), it is recommended to add RP-6930 to the system before 60℃ and disperse it evenly to maximize its effectiveness.

3. Based on factors such as viscosity, temperature and stirring of different foaming systems, select an economical dosage of 10ppm. Generally speaking, a dosage of 30 PPM to 200ppm can ensure an ideal defoaming effect. In certain industries such as coatings, biological fermentation may require 2‰ to 5‰.

Store at room temperature (5℃-40℃), away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 6 months
