Features and advantages:

RD-9803 is a solvent-based pigment synergistic superdispersant, mainly applicable to phthalocyanine blue and carbon black, to help improve their stability and dispersion. The amount of RD-9803 codispersing agent should be determined according to the type of pigment, and should be used in accordance with the corresponding ratio of codispersing agent/pigment dispersing agent. The ratio is about 1:2,1:4 or 1:9 of RD-9803: other pigment dispersing agent. This combined use, can improve the dispersion of pigment, coloring power, and improve the stability of the system.

Scope of application:

Mainly used in automotive paint, general industrial paint (solvent system), packaging gravure printing ink, UV offset/screen printing ink, improve pigment concentration, dispersion, stability, rheology, stability and pigment coloring power.

Use:

The RD-9803 co-dispersant was added to the other dispersant/resin/solvent mixture system and stirred evenly. The pigment is then added and dispersed by grinding.
