Features and Benefits:

RT-3809 is a new type of environmentally friendly composite metal accelerator for water-based coatings with a unique molecular structure. It offers high cost-effectiveness, strong drying activity, and excellent storage properties. The product is a pure liquid and can be added later without the need for grinding. The application process is simple. Generally, adding 1.5-2.0% can achieve the effect of most of the grinding-type accelerators on the market, which require 3.0-5.0% addition. RT-3809 is an extremely cost-effective accelerator product.

1. Mainly used in air-drying type oxidation cross-linking systems such as water-based alkyd and epoxy ester;

Recommended dosage and application method:

The reference dosage of RT-3809 is 1.0% - 3.0% of the resin solid content. During the initial use test, 1.5% of the resin solid content can be added for comparison with other products to test the drying acceleration effect, and then the dosage can be adjusted according to the test results. The actual dosage depends on the specific requirements of different formulas. It is recommended to conduct sufficient experimental verification before large-scale production to determine the most suitable dosage. After the product is left at low temperature for a long time, a small amount of crystallization may occur, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the product quality. At room temperature, a little stirring can dissolve the crystals. Stirring appropriately during addition can fully dissolve with the resin.

Packaging:

5 kilograms per barrel, 25 kilograms per barrel, 200 kilograms per barrel. The packaging barrels are made of plastic.

Storage:

It is recommended to store indoors at a temperature range of 5-30℃. Avoid direct sunlight outdoors. After taking the material, it should be sealed promptly and used up as soon as possible to avoid prolonged exposure to the air; the original unopened product has a validity period of half a year. After the expiration date, it is recommended to conduct corresponding tests and evaluations before use.
