Characteristics and advantages:

RP-6992 is a water-based and highly efficient defoamer with excellent anti-foaming and defoaming performance. It can eliminate large and micro-bubbles in various water-based application systems and is suitable for water-based industrial paints, water-based wood paints and water-based automotive paints. It is particularly suitable for high-viscosity water-based systems and formulations where thick coating and spray coating are difficult to defoam.

Product parameters：

Application field:

Brush coating/roller coating, airless spraying, compressed air spraying, flexographic/gravure printing, dip coating, flow coating, shower coating, self-leveling, color paint system

Recommended dosage:

0.1% -0.5% for the total formula in the form of supply

Usage method:

 It can be pre-diluted or directly added to the coating in the supplied form

Packaging:

25KG/ plastic drum; 200KG per iron drum

Storage:

Store in unopened packaging and use within 12 months
