Characteristics and Benefits:

RP-6994 is a water-based highly effective emulsion type defoamer. It has excellent miscibility and can eliminate both microbubbles and large bubbles in various water-based application systems. It is suitable for water-based industrial paints, water-based wood coatings, water-based automotive paints, water-based inks, etc.

Application fields:

Brush coating/roller coating, airless spraying, compressed air spraying, flexographic/gravure printing, self-leveling

Recommended dosage:

For the total formula based on the supplied form: 0.2 - 0.5%

Usage method:

Before use, perform short-term stirring with a lower shear force.

Add the coating directly according to the supplied form.

The long-term effectiveness of the product depends on the specific formula. Individual formulas should be tested separately.

Packaging:

25KG, plastic drum; 200KG, iron drum

Storage:

When stored in the original unopened packaging at +4 to +40°C, the product is valid for 12 months from the date of production. Keep away from freezing.
