Features and advantages:

1, RD-9212 is a polymerized maleic anhydride efficient and stable makeup filler dispersant, it can improve the wetting of the makeup filler, shorten the grinding time, stabilize the makeup filler dispersion system, prevent the makeup filler flocculation, reduce the floating color, hair and other tendencies. It has the characteristics of sharply reducing abrasive viscosity, improving the storage stability of coatings, increasing gloss and leveling. At the same time, the RD-9212 molecular structure introduces hydrophobic groups, which has better hydrophobicity and anchoring property.

2, RD-9212 on titanium dioxide, talc powder, calcium carbonate, zinc oxide, Lide powder, kaolin, cyanine and other inorganic pigments (fillers) have a good dispersion effect, especially suitable for fine particle size pigments grinding.

3, RD-9212 as the main dispersant of titanium white and other physical fillers can be used alone, can also be used with polyphosphate, if combined with non-ionic wetting agent, can achieve the best wetting dispersion performance, widely used in architectural coatings, a variety of water-based industrial paint and pigment concentrate.

Application: Water-based adhesive, water-based polishing oil, water-based ink, interior and exterior latex paint, leather coating, other water-based systems

Recommended dosage: Add 0.6~1.0% (finished product/solid)

Packing: 50kg/250kg plastic drum/ton drum

Storage: Should be stored at 5~40 ℃, such as freezing, can be heated to 30~40℃ dissolved and fully mixed after use, performance unchanged. This product should be sealed and kept in a cool, dry and ventilated place
