The additive can quickly and effectively reduce the surface tension of the system, wet the substrate, spread on the surface of the substrate can wet the metal, plastic surface, even if there is dust and oil on the surface, it can also wet the substrate well; And will not stabilize the foam, but also help to defoaming; It can improve uniform coating without fisheye or small pinhole, and improve leveling.

Cloud point: The test solution is 10% 25% diethylene glycol monobutyl ether solution

Application field:

Silicon cutting, water-based coatings, water-based pressure sensitive adhesives, moistening solution, inkjet ink, pesticides, flux, are also recommended for the production of stable universal pigment concentrate

Recommended dosage:

Waterborne coatings: 0.1% - 3.0%

Water-based pressure sensitive adhesive: 0.1% - 1.0%

Moistening solution: 0.1% - 1.0%

Inkjet ink: 0.1% - 1.0%

The above data is empirical, and the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of tests.

Note for use:

The addition of RK-8315 to the recipe requires dispersing mixing for 15-30 minutes
